Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 10 days for us to process your order as some products are made once an order has been placed. We're a small business and work 6 days a week but sometimes order levels are higher than expected.  Expect an email within 2-3 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP -  We currently cannot accept visitors to the farm.

OUR COURIERS -  Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using Yodel, DHL or Evri.  We do not ship outside of the UK at this  time.    

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:   Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Our couriers aim to deliver within 2 working days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We are unable to calculate shipping times until a tracking number has been produced for your location.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at colin@wearehounded.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
